1. General Overview

Dubai Strikers (referred to as "the Academy") is committed to providing a safe, professional, and enjoyable football training experience for all participants. By enrolling your child in our programs, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

2. Registration and Payment

2.1. Registration must be completed online or in person at the Academy’s premises.

2.2. Full payment is required upon registration to secure your child's spot in the program. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of your child’s participation.

2.3. Fees are non-refundable except in cases of injury or long-term illness with a valid medical certificate, subject to the Academy’s discretion.

3. Attendance and Punctuality

3.1. Students are expected to arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Late arrivals may miss critical parts of the training, and the Academy is not responsible for any missed content due to tardiness.

3.2. If a student is unable to attend a session, advance notice should be given where possible. The Academy does not guarantee make-up sessions but may offer them at its discretion.

4. Code of Conduct

4.1. All students must respect coaches, fellow students, and the Academy’s facilities. Any form of disruptive behavior, bullying, or disrespect will not be tolerated.

4.2. The Academy reserves the right to suspend or dismiss any student whose behavior is deemed inappropriate or unsafe.

4.3. Parents/guardians are expected to encourage positive behavior and sportsmanship in their children and refrain from any disruptive conduct during training or events.

5. Safety and Injuries

5.1. The Academy takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety of its students. However, participation in football involves inherent risks, and the Academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training or matches.

5.2. In the event of injury, the Academy’s coaches will provide basic first aid and notify the parent/guardian immediately.

5.3. It is the parent’s/guardian’s responsibility to inform the Academy of any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect the student’s participation.

6. Equipment and Uniforms

6.1. Students are required to wear the Academy’s official kit during all training sessions and matches unless otherwise instructed.

6.2. Proper football footwear and shin guards are mandatory for participation to ensure safety.

7. Scholarships

7.1. Dubai Strikers may offer scholarships based on performance, potential, and need. Scholarship recipients must adhere to the Academy’s high standards of conduct and performance, or risk losing their scholarship.

7.2. Scholarships are reviewed periodically and may be adjusted or revoked based on the student’s progress and commitment.

8. Photography and Media Release

8.1. By enrolling your child in Dubai Strikers, you grant permission for the Academy to use photographs or videos of your child taken during training, matches, or events for promotional purposes.

8.2. If you do not wish for your child’s image to be used, please inform the Academy in writing at the time of registration.

9. Cancellation and Termination

9.1. The Academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., bad weather or facility issues).

9.2. The Academy may terminate a student’s enrolment at its discretion, with notice provided, for breaches of these terms and conditions or for failure to comply with the Academy’s policies.

10. Data Protection

10.1. Personal data collected by the Academy is used solely for registration, communication, and the operation of Academy programs. This data is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

10.2. The Academy does not share personal information with third parties without consent unless required by law.

11. Amendments

11.1. Dubai Strikers reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to parents/guardians via email and posted on our official website.

12. Governing Law

12.1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
